FAQs
How long does it take to enable my automations?
After our onboarding call, it only takes 48 hours for your automations to be fully integrated. Your recurring subscription date will be set to the day that your automations are enabled.
Do I need to have technical knowledge to use your automated systems?
Not at all! We design our solutions to be user-friendly and intuitive. If you run into any issues with notion or the automation tools, we have #notion-help and #tech-support channels in our Slack community for you to utilize that are regularly monitored by our dev.
Can you integrate custom automations with my existing software and tools?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating automations that work seamlessly with a wide range of existing software and tools. We'll assess your current tech stack and design solutions that integrate smoothly with your existing systems.
What if I need help setting up the Notion template?
If you're having trouble importing your template, we will walk you through the steps during our onboarding call! Notion can be a little overwhelming at first, but once you're familiar with it, the possibilities are endless!
What if I want to unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe with no questions asked by emailing meghan@nightshiftautomation.com. Everything that is in your Notion is yours and won't be removed just because you unsubscribe. The $250 setup fee is non-refundable, but if you ever decide to subscribe again, you won't need to re-pay that fee.
Is Notion HIPAA compliant?
The free version of Notion is not HIPAA compliant. This template is not designed to store any PHI that would be covered by HIPAA and we encourage you to use codes or first names of clients only. If you would like to further expand your usage of Notion to act as a full CRM, you can enable HIPAA compliance by subscribing to their Enterprise plan and following Notion's HIPAA guide.
Please be aware that neither Notion or NightShift Automation is responsible for the data you choose to store inside of Notion.
Can I buy your recipe scraping/meal plan automations without doing the monthly subscription?
Yes, you can! We will implement any of our automations directly into your tech stack or Notion for a one-time fee if you would like to go this route. The prices for the 3 core automations included in the subscription are:
- $2,500 for Recipe Scraping
- $1,000 for Meal Plan Generation
- $500 for Client Onboarding
On top of those one-time costs, you will also be responsible for managing the following subscriptions:
- Make Subscription - $10/mo minimum
- The $10/mo plan is only enough to add ~100 recipes OR ~150 meal plans per month
- Claude or ChatGPT Token Usage
- Approximate cost is $0.04 per recipe added
